- I feels like I final reps are hard, overall standing is worse then sitting

- bcs of good Brachialis(peek of biceps) targeting they are good #todo

- Inverse Zottman Curl A+ - you get benefit of Biceps+Brachialis #todo

- too complex, hard

- it doesnt change length, bad
